Jeanne Fuentes-Lopez has joined the firm as a shareholder. She is based out of the firm’s Miami office where she will focus her practice on real estate matters.
Prior to joining Fowler White Burnett, Fuentes-Lopez led the real estate department at an AV rated boutique firm in Miami. She represents domestic and international clients in the acquisition, sale and development of all types of commercial real estate. She has advised owners of shopping centers, outparcels, and gas stations as well as owners of Class A office buildings on Brickell Avenue on all aspects of lease negotiations. In addition, she has represented numerous lenders on mortgage-backed financing and construction loans.
Fuentes-Lopez is a member of the American Bar Association, Cuban American Bar Association, Urban Land Institute, Brickell Area Association, Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund and the Florida Yacht Brokers Association.
She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and her law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.
