Richard Razook Joins Fowler White Burnett

Fowler White Burnett announced today that Richard Razook has joined the firm as a shareholder. Mr. Razook will work in the firm’s Miami office.

Mr. Razook's practice focuses on commercial real estate, international estate planning and federal, state, local and cross-border taxation. He has done substantial legal work in the areas of income taxation, domestic and international estate planning, as federal, state and local tax aspects of real property development, acquisitions and dispositions. His practice also handles tax controversy – including IRS audits, appeals and litigation.

For more than 30 years, Mr. Razook has practiced law both domestically and abroad. He holds a Master of Laws degree from New York University School of Law with a specialization in Federal Taxation. He earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, jointly from the University of Miami School of Law and the University of Kent-Canterbury. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
