Miami, FL – Fowler White Burnett has hired five more associates in keeping with its plan announced earlier this year to add more attorneys to its growing practice areas.

The associates will work in the firm’s Insurance Practice Group, which handles a wide range of matters for domestic life and casualty insurers, international underwriters and self-insureds, as well as multimillion-dollar corporations and business policyholders.

Aaron M. Dmiszewicki received his J.D. Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Duke University, where he studied abroad in its program at Oxford University.

Vogt also handles coverage disputes, from providing coverage evaluations to filing and prosecuting declaratory judgment actions. In addition, he practices bad faith litigation, defending and counseling insurers with respect to first-party and third-party bad faith claims. He litigates in both state and federal court.

Vogt graduated from Tulane University Law School, where he served as a member of the Tulane Environmental Law Journal, and spent a semester abroad as an exchange student at The University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Law.
