Eric A. Rosen, Shareholder and Chair of Fowler White Burnett's Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights & Business Restructuring Practice Group in the firm's West Palm Beach office, will be presenting at the Bankruptcy CLE Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association's upcoming Program "Staying up to Speed - Current Substantive and Procedural Issues in Bankruptcy Cases." Rosen, who currently serves as the Bankruptcy CLE Committee Chair, will be on hand to welcome attendees and present on the topic: "Surrendering Real Property - Really?"
