With more than 25 years of experience, Howard Gordon, who is Board Certified in Tax Law, focuses his practice on a wide range of complex tax issues, including all areas of International, Federal, State and Local tax planning.

Howard’s expertise and knowledge in many facets of tax enable him to provide his clients with thorough advice and strategies to minimize tax consequences maximize tax benefits and comply with applicable tax laws.

Practice Focus

He advises clients on a broad spectrum of issues, including corporate tax, partnerships, tax enterprises, employment and personal income federal tax issues; inbound and outbound investment, tax residing, voluntary (including offshore) disclosure international tax issues and state and local tax issues.

In addition, Howard assists clients faced with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) controversies and represents them in proceedings before the IRS. Prior to entering private practice, he was a trial attorney with the IRS and he can provide expert assistance at every stage of the resolution process, from audit examinations to tax appeals and if necessary, tax litigation. His experience with federal tax controversies encompasses both substantive issues and procedural matters.
