Fowler White Burnett Attorney Obtains Dismissal for Client

Allan R. Kelley, along with another member of the Defense Research Institute, successfully obtained the dismissal of their client from a personal injury lawsuit filed in federal court in Miami on the basis of lack of personal jurisdiction.
