Applicants should be proficient in CMS/Aderant 8.0 or higher. E-billing experience and previous law firm experience is a must.
Accounting Clerk - Collections: Fowler White currently has an opportunity in its Accounting Department for a Collections Clerk in their Miami office. Qualified candidates must possess at least 3 years of collections experience. The candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, periodically meeting with the attorneys and addressing related questions relating to the bills; managing A/R collections (including drafting correspondence to attorneys/clients and preparing collection reports for management). The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter who can function efficiently and effectively in a high-volume department. Excellent communication skills and the ability to act with courtesy and professionalism are required. The candidate must have strong organizational skills for prioritizing numerous assignments and completing them within established time frames. Proficient with CMS/Aderant a plus. Strong technical and accounting background, proofreading and analytical skills. Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision and as a team are required. Experience in a law firm setting is highly preferred.
