Allegra G. Garcia

Allegra Garcia is an Associate in Fowler White's Commercial Litigation Practice Group, where she represents clients in a variety of commercial and civil litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Allegra served as a law clerk with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida, where she gained experience in legal research, motion practice, and federal litigation.

Allegra earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, where she received the Director's Book Award for Excellence in Litigation Skills and participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. She earned first-place honors at both the Richard DeWitt Memorial Vis Florida Pre-Moot and the Budapest Vis Pre-Moot.

She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, where she was a member of the Foote Fellows Honors Program and the da Vinci Scholar Honors Program.
