About Andrew G. Tuttle

Andrew Tuttle is a Shareholder in the Firm's Palm Beach office. His practice areas include casualty defense and complex commercial litigation, which entails litigating throughout Florida and in federal and state courts. Andrew relies on time-tested and proven defense strategies, as well as, emerging legal trends, particularly Florida's recent enactment of tort-reform (HB 837) and construction changes (SB 360).

Andrew's robust casualty practice involves defending against claims for premises, products, catastrophic personal injury matters and related torts. His representation includes international c-stores and fuel retailers, nationwide retailers and restaurant chains, industry-leading manufacturers, multi-state property management firms, mass transportation clients, nursing home facilities and many other similar entities.

In the complex commercial space, Andrew focuses on business and construction litigation, which includes: all manner of contract claims, business torts/frauds, complex institutional foreclosure/post-judgment proceedings, landlord-tenant law and securities litigation. This diverse portfolio involves representation of international manufacturers, a multi-state energy company, statewide construction firms, public and private universities, political subdivisions of the State of Florida and family-owned businesses.

Andrew attended Stetson University College of Law, where he obtained a J.D. and Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy. At Stetson, Andrew was on the trial team, which not only won a national trial championship, but was also ranked #1 nationwide. In the classroom, Andrew earned the highest grade award in: Trial Advocacy; Pre-Trial Practice (civil law); and, Ocean Coastal Law and Policy. During law school, Andrew clerked at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington D.C., was a Certified Legal Intern at the State Attorney's Office (Fla. 6th Cir.), an appellate intern for the Honorable Thane B. Covert and interned at the State Attorney's Office (Fla. 15th Cir.).
