John R. Sheppard, Jr.

John has extensive experience in all areas of Association representation, including collections, cov-enant and contract drafting and amending, covenant enforcement, vendor and construction con-tracting, coordinating and attending annual and board meetings, developer representation, loan representation, business disputes, real estate litigation, construction litigation, Federal and State Fair Housing Act disputes, hospitality law, landlord-tenant, and general civil litigation.

He has successfully litigated a full range of disputes, including commercial, negligence, torts, con-struction, collection, foreclosure, covenant enforcement, real property, condominium and homeown-er’s association, and administrative in both State and Federal Trial and Appellate Courts, before Arbi-tration Panels, and before Administrative Boards.

John speaks frequently at various legal seminars through National Business Institute. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce.
