About Megan E. Roth
Megan E. Roth focuses her practice on insurance defense and civil litigation, representing clients in matters involving premises liability, negligent security, construction defect, wrongful death, and first-party insurance claims.
Megan brings over a decade of litigation experience to the firm. She previously served as a trial attor-ney with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office and later practiced at a South Florida litigation firm, where she handled a broad range of criminal defense, family law, and appellate matters. Her experi-ence includes serving as lead counsel in numerous bench and jury trials and managing all phases of litigation in both state and federal court.
A confident and strategic advocate, Megan has conducted hundreds of depositions, mediations, and evidentiary hearings. Her well-rounded trial background enhances her ability to deliver strong and effective representation for clients facing high-stakes claims.
Megan earned her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law, where she received mul-tiple CALI Book Awards and competed on the nationally ranked FIU Trial Team. She also holds an
M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Miami and a B.A. in Political Science from Birming-ham-Southern College.
