About Reinaldo Padron
Reinaldo Padron is an Associate in the Miami office and a member of the firm's Insurance and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.
Reinaldo focuses his practice on insurance defense and civil litigation, with an emphasis on transportation and trucking liability, products liability, and complex liability matters. He represents insurers, transportation companies, product manufacturers, and commercial clients in a wide range of disputes involving bodily injury, property damage, and catastrophic loss, including matters with multi-jurisdictional and international components.
As part of his transportation and products liability work, Reinaldo assists in defending trucking and commercial vehicle claims as well as product related litigation, working closely with clients to evaluate exposure, develop defense strategies, and navigate all phases of litigation.
Reinaldo also has experience handling insurance matters involving global and cross border issues, providing support on cases that require coordination across jurisdictions, international considerations, and complex claims structures. He works closely with insurers and clients to ensure consistent and strategic approaches in matters that extend beyond a single venue.
In addition, Reinaldo has experience handling matters involving premises liability, negligent security, construction defect claims, and third-party insurance disputes. He is involved in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting legal research, participating in depositions and mediations, and supporting trial preparation.
Prior to joining Fowler White, Reinaldo practiced with several Florida based litigation firms, where he represented insurers and corporate clients in both first party and third-party matters. He gained experience managing diverse caseloads, arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and assisting in complex litigation strategy.
Reinaldo earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he served as a Senior Staff Editor of the World Arbitration and Mediation Review and held leadership roles on the Moot Court Board of Appellate Advocates. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and is fluent in Spanish.
