About Robert D. McIntosh

Robert McIntosh is a Shareholder in the firm's Maritime Practice Group. He has experience in representing yacht owners, yacht clubs, yacht brokers, crew members, passengers, pleasure boats, cargo vessels, cruise ships, marine underwriters, P&I Clubs, shipyards, and facilities that repair and store vessels. He has a background in representing vessels in collisions, ship repair disputes, salvage claims, repair facilities and warranty claims. Robert has represented major manufacturers in product liability litigation, lending institutions involved in the financing of pleasure vessels, including new construction and has been involved in the arrest of ships for maritime liens and for the foreclosure of ship mortgages. In addition, he has experience in prosecuting and defending personal injury claims, including Jones Act, Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation Act claims, and maintenance and cure.

Robert is Florida Bar Board Certified in Civil Trial.
