About Tamara R. Pallas

Tamara is a Shareholder in the firm's General Practice Group and Trusts & Estates Practice Group, located in the Miami office.

Tamara focuses her practice on all areas of probate including estate planning, estate and trust administration, and guardianship matters. She has extensive experience in fiduciary litigation which includes litigation related to estates, trusts, and guardianships. Tamara has successfully represented heirs, personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries in will and trusts contests, determination of heirs, partition of property, removal of fiduciaries and breaches of fiduciary obligations. She has also counseled fiduciaries in all aspects of trust and estate administration, including reforming or modifying trusts and wills, terminating trusts, distribution of estate or trust assets, settlement of creditor claims, and fiduciary accountings and disclosures.

Tamara obtained her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law. While there, she sat on the Moot Court Board and wrote for the St. Thomas Law Review where she served as an editor. Tamara was a member and Co-Chair of the Student Bar Association, Secretary of the Hispanic American Law Student Association, and a member of the Cuban American Bar Association. She also attended the University of Florida where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
