Brett J. Roth is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Practice Group. Brett focuses his practice on insurance coverage disputes, construction defect claims, commercial general liability, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Brett worked at a mid-sized insurance defense firm where he managed and executed all aspects of pretrial litigation for personal injury protection and other first party insurance defense cases.
Brett earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law , where he graduated Cum Laude, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude in Political Science from University of Florida, where he minored in Communication and Environmental Studies. While in law school, Brett served as Clerk of Court for the University of Florida Supreme Court of the Student Body.
