Audrey Dias is an associate in the firm's Insurance Practice Group. Audrey focuses her practice on insurance coverage disputes, construction defect claims, professional liability claims, commercial general liability, and commercial litigation. In addition, Audrey defends insurers in bad faith litigation, and counsels insurers with respect to first-party and third-party bad faith claims
Audrey earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude, and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Gordon College, where she also minored in International Studies, and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
While in law school, Audrey was Staff Editor of the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review and worked as a Law Clerk at Fowler White Burnett. Audrey was also a member of the Innocence Clinic at the University of Miami School of Law where she had the opportunity to represent client's who were wrongfully convicted, investigate innocence claims, and litigate post-conviction motions.
