was recently joined by Rachel Silverstein, Ph.D., Executive Director & Waterkeeper of Miami Waterkeeper and Special Assistant United States Attorney Jodi Mazer for a presentation to Environmental Law Students at the University of Miami School of Law. This special presentation discussed Environmental Enforcement and provided Environmental Law students in Professor Felix Mormann’s class the opportunity to get a first-hand perspective on practicing Environmental Law.
Fox’s broad-based environmental practice encompasses environmental and land use litigation, regulation and transactions as well as toxic torts and product liability. He frequently represents publicly traded companies, including global manufacturers, distributors and power companies. Previously, Fox served as a Senior Attorney in the Civil Enforcement Section of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), where he litigated cases involving the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, RCRA, Florida's CERCLA, Florida's Safe Drinking Water Act and many other environmental laws. Earlier this year, Fox was appointed Vice Chair of Membership for the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy and Resources (SEER) Air Quality Committee for the 2016/17 term.
