Practice Focus
With more than 35 years of experience, Joe has successfully handled a broad spectrum of real estate litigation, including claims involving commercial and retail landlord/tenant disputes, buyer and seller disputes, litigation arising out of real estate purchase and sale contracts, property insurance and land use. He also has significant experience with real estate foreclosures, receivership, distressed asset distribution and liquidation, and workouts.
As a former Assistant State Attorney for Palm Beach County, Joe's extensive litigation background provides him with additional insight when clients seek counsel regarding contract negotiations and other corporate transactions. He counsels developers, major contractors and subcontractors, principals, engineering and architectural consultants with respect to construction contracts.
