Ana is an Associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Miami office, with a focus on general and complex commercial litigation and international and domestic arbitration. Ana has a background in corporate and commercial litigation matters, commercial and investment arbitration, and cross-border commercial transactions.
Ana received her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law where she graduated magna cum laude as Salutatorian. While there she served as a Senior Staff Member of the FIU Law Review. She graduated with her LL.M. from Columbia University Law School where she was a member of the International Arbitration Association and the Latin American Business and Law Association. In Venezuela, Ana received her law degree from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello where she graduated summa cum laude and was a member of the Commercial Arbitration Moot of the Chamber of Commerce and of the Harvard World Model United Nations where she won the Diplomacy Award.
