Mark R. Antonelli is a Shareholder in the firm’s Miami office, bringing more than four decades of experience in civil litigation and trial advocacy. A highly regarded defense attorney, Mark represents insured and self-insured clients in complex matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, police civil rights litigation, and municipal liability claims.

Mark has served as panel counsel for numerous insurance carriers and is a go-to litigation attorney for corporate clients across Florida. His practice includes both trial and appellate work, and he has tried more than 100 jury cases to verdict. Mark also regularly handles non-jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations, and has served as a neutral arbitrator in proceedings before the American Arbitration Association and in private forums.
