Terence J. Garrity is an Associate in Fowler White’s Insurance and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups, where he represents businesses, insurers, and individuals in a wide range of complex disputes. Some of his clients include various industries such as motor carriers, marinas, manufacturers, retailers, utility companies, and government entities that span in size from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.   

He also advises insurers and business clients on risk management, coverage disputes, and litigation strategy, working collaboratively with adjusters, engineers, and contractors to assess damages and strengthen defenses.   

Terence earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was an active member of the Transactional Law Practice Group and Family Law Group. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the College of Central Florida.
