Reinaldo Camacho Padron is an Associate in the Miami office where he is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Insurance Practice Groups. His practice focuses on insurance defense and civil litigation, representing clients in a wide range of complex matters.

Reinaldo has experience handling matters involving premises liability, negligent security, construction defect claims, trucking litigation, and third-party insurance disputes. He regularly drafts pleadings and dispositive motions, conducts legal research, participates in depositions and mediations, and assists in developing litigation strategies tailored to each client’s objectives.

Before joining Fowler White, Reinaldo practiced with several prominent Florida litigation firms, where he managed diverse caseloads and represented insurers and corporate clients in both first-party and third-party matters. His background includes arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and working closely with clients to achieve efficient and effective resolutions.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he served as a Senior Staff Editor of the World Arbitration and Mediation Review and held leadership roles on the Moot Court Board of Appellate Advocates. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and is fluent in Spanish.
