The Florida Contracts Honoring Opportunity, Investment, Confidentiality and Economic Growth Act (CHOICE Act) is expected to be signed by Gov. Ron DeSantis and will result in the reshaping of the enforcement of the state's law relating to restrictive covenants for certain employees beginning July 1, 2025.
