Fowler White Burnett, P.A. announced today that Mr. William A. Potucek has joined the firm’s Miami office as an Associate in the Insurance Practice Group.
Mr. Potucek comes to the firm from American Managed Care, LLC, where he was in-house counsel. He brings to the firm his experience handling a wide range of legal matters facing health insurance companies, including provider and physician disputes, regulatory and compliance issues, and HIPAA issues.
Mr. Potucek received his Bachelor of Science cum laude from Florida Southern College, his Master of Business Administration from Stetson University School of Business, and his Juris Doctor cum laude from Stetson University College of Law, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, Maritime Law Society, Business Law Society and International Law Society.
