Elias has been reappointed for a two-year term on the City of Miami Beach Planning Board by Miami Beach Mayor Steven Meiner and the Miami Beach City Commission. In addition, Brian was reelected Chairman of Board by the members of the Miami Beach Planning Board.
The City of Miami Beach Planning Board is comprised of seven members with considerable experience in general business, land development, land development practices, and land use issues. They are responsible for evaluating, considering, and deciding upon applications from real estate developers and citizens for building and growth in the City of Miami Beach.
Brian is a
