Stephen, a member of the Firm’s Management Committee and a Shareholder in Aviation and Products Liability Practice Groups, brings his broad experience as a litigator practicing in the defense of manufacturers in products liability and complex commercial matters. He represents manufacturers of aircraft, airframes and component parts in cases arising from crashes throughout the world involving general aviation and commercial aircraft.
His experience in products liability matters also includes the representation of heavy equipment manufacturers in litigation involving aerial lift devices, cranes and woodchippers.
