Clients In The News: Fowler White Instrumental In Securing US Patent

Fowler White is pleased to announce that Shareholder and Intellectual Property Practice Group Chair Joseph R. Englander and the Fowler White Patent Prosecution Team were instrumental in securing US Patent #11, 737,446 B2 on behalf of Broward County government and its employees Mark Ridings & Adriana Toro.

The new invention was featured in Lisa J. Huriash's article on October 2, 2023 in the South Florida SunSentinel "The ‘perfect droplet’: A new mosquito-spraying method aims to stop them from multiplying."

The patent, a system for spraying insect control substances is a portable sprayer optimized for dispersing mosquito larvicide.
