Fowler White Burnett today announced that Dennis Nowak has joined the firm a shareholder. Nowak will work in the firm’s Miami office.
Prior to joining Fowler White Burnett, Nowak was a partner with Tew Cardenas in Miami, where he focused his practice on complex commercial litigation matters. He will continue to concentrate his practice on securities and shareholder litigation, corporate governance litigation, SEC and NASD enforcement defense, financial institution litigation, accounting malpractice, lender liability and director and officer defense. He holds a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, and a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, City University of New York.
