Fowler White Burnett today announced the addition of Donald Hardeman, Jr., and Richard Morris to the firm’s Miami office.
Donald Hardeman, Jr., shareholder, will focus his practice on insurance defense, including aviation, products liability, medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death claims. Prior to joining Fowler White Burnett, Hardeman was a shareholder at Arnstein & Lehr in Miami. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and holds the rank of Diplomate. He is also an active member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, where he has chaired the medical malpractice section and currently serves on the drug, device and biotechnology section and the products liability section. He earned a law degree from University of Florida College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.
Associate attorney Richard Morris will focus his practice on litigation, including the defense of claims arising from vessel, aircraft and commercial property disputes. Before joining the firm, he was an associate with McGrane Nosich & Ganz in Coral Gables, Florida. Morris is a member of the American Bar Association. He volunteers at the Put Something Back Small Claims Clinic for Legal Services of Greater Miami. He earned a law degree from University of Miami School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.
