Fowler White Burnett, P.A. congratulates four of their attorneys who were recently made shareholders - Avery A. Dial, Peter J. Melaragno, Richard P. Morris, and Yelena Shneyderman.
Avery A. Dial is a member of Fowler White’s Insurance Group. He focuses his practice on products liability, professional and medical liability, general liability, bad faith and transportation issues. Mr. Dial has been with the firm since 2009 and works out of the Fort Lauderdale office.
Peter J. Melaragno focuses his practice on toxic tort litigation. He represents manufacturers, distributors, insurers and retailers in the defense of claims that arise from alleged exposure to hazardous materials, including asbestos, silica, benzene, mold, and pesticides. Mr. Melaragno has been with Fowler White since 2003 and works out of the Miami office.
Richard P. Morris is a member of the firm’s Aviation Group. His practice focuses on the defense of casualty and commercial litigation claims involving aviation, maritime, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, and general liability. Mr. Morris has been with the firm for 3 years and works at the Fowler White Burnett Miami office.
Yelena Shneyderman is a member of the Insurance Group. Ms. Shneyderman represents major insurance carriers and focuses her insurance defense practice on coverage disputes and bad faith litigation. She handles a wide range of insurance policies, such as commercial general liability, directors and officers, property, homeowners and automobile. She has worked with Fowler White for the last 3 years at their Fort Lauderdale office.
