Jesse D. Drawas is a shareholder in the firm’s Insurance Practice Group. A trial attorney, Jesse is highly skilled in civil litigation, including insurance claims, automobile accidents, premises liability, products liability, construction litigation, professional liability and property damage claims.
Viviana Arango Loshak is a shareholder in the firm’s Insurance Practice Group, handling a wide variety of coverage and defense issues related to commercial, directors and officers, errors and omissions, automobile, and professional liability policies. She also handles general commercial litigation matters and civil disputes, defending and prosecuting matters on behalf of corporations and business entities.

Stephanie M. Chaissan is a shareholder in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group, where she has experience in securities arbitration, and in representing condominium and home owners associations, real estate developers and individuals in a broad range of matters, including contractual disputes, business torts, and construction defects.
Howard E. Fox is a shareholder in the firm’s Environmental and Land Use Practice Group where his broad-based environmental practice encompasses environmental and land use litigation, regulation and transactions as well as toxic torts and product liability. Fox frequently represents publicly traded companies, including global manufacturers, distributors and power companies. Previous to his associate position at Fowler White Burnett, Howard served as a Senior Attorney in the Civil Enforcement Section of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), where he litigated cases involving the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, RCRA, Florida's CERCLA, Florida's Safe Drinking Water Act and many other environmental laws.
