Fowler White Continues To Expand With Addition Of 7 New Attorneys

We are pleased to welcome 7 new attorneys to the firm’s Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices as it continues to expand during their 75th Anniversary year.
  

Walter G. Latimer is a Shareholder in the firm's Products Liability & Toxic Torts Practice Group in the Miami office. Latimer focuses his practice on toxic tort, product liability, premises liability, professional liability, general liability, estate and trust litigation, resort and maritime torts, transportation, construction risks, and insurance coverage claims. He acquired his Bachelor of Science in Biology & Chemistry from Tulane University, cum laude, and his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Missouri.

Bruneley Lalanne is an Associate in the Product's Liability & Toxic Tort and Aviation Practice Groups in the Miami office where she focuses on asbestos toxic tort, catastrophic personal injury, and products liability. Bruneley received her Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law where she graduated with Pro Bono Honors and was a member of the Caribbean Law Students Association. She also attended the University of Miami where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and Sociology.

Lindsay Massillon is an Associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation and Employment Practice Groups in the Miami office. Massillon is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation, focusing her practice on representing employers of all sizes in employment-related litigation (ADA, FLSA, FMLA, Title VII, etc.) and providing employment advice and counsel to management. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers College at Rutgers University.

Tamara Pallas is an Associate in the firm's General Practice Group, located in the Miami office, where she handles a wide range of probate matters. She focuses her practice on estate administration, guardianship matters, and probate litigation. Pallas received her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida, cum laude.

Bruno Renda is an Associate in the Insurance Practice Group in the Fort Lauderdale and Miami offices. Renda is a civil trial lawyer dedicated to defending businesses and individuals in matters involving serious personal injury arising from alleged conventional and professional negligence, product liability and toxic torts. He also practices in the areas of construction defect and first-party property insurance litigation. Renda earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nova University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where he received the Excellence for the Future Award in Torts and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University.

William A. Volet is an Associate in the Product’s Liability & Toxic Tort and Aviation Practice Groups, in the Miami office, where he concentrates his practice on personal injury and asbestos litigation. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Hartford.

Charlotte P. Zubizarreta is an Associate in the firm's Insurance Practice Group in the Ft. Lauderdale office where she focuses her practice in many aspects of insurance-related matters including construction defect claims, premises liability, bad faith, and insurance coverage disputes. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University, where she graduated with honors.
