We are pleased to announce that Lindsay M. Massillon has been named President Elect of the Broward County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section.
The Young Lawyers Section (“YLS”) of the Broward County Bar Association strives to stimulate the interest of attorneys in the objectives of the Broward County Bar Association, and to promote professional and social understanding and cooperation among the Broward County legal community. The YLS contributes to the educational and professional advancement of attorneys, particularly those under age 36, while also contributing to the betterment of the Broward County community in general through charity functions and projects.
Massillon is an associate in the Commercial Litigation and Employment Practice Groups. She is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation, focusing her practice on representing employees and small business employers in employment related matters (ADA, FLSA, FMLA, Title VII, etc.). Lindsay obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College at Rutgers University and received her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law.
