Shareholders Richard J. Razook and Alyssa R. Wan Obtain Private Letter Ruling "PLR" from the Internal Revenue Service

Shareholders Richard J. Razook and Alyssa R. Wan recently obtained a Private Letter Ruling "PLR" from the Internal Revenue Service.

Alyssa and Richard navigated a complex set of U.S. Tax regulations to obtain IRS approval for a procedure permitting a U.S. Foundation to make grants to foreign organizations. This is the second PLR Richard and Alyssa have obtained in the area of international giving.
