Stephanie M. Chaissan has been elevated to Shareholder.
Stephanie M. Chaissan is a Shareholder in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group, where she has experience in securities arbitration, and in representing condominium and home owners associations, real estate developers and individuals in a broad range of matters, including contractual disputes, business torts, and construction defects.
She received her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from the University of Miami School Of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware. Stephanie served as an Articles and Comments Editor on the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review and received the Deans Merit Scholarship in 2007-2008.
Stephanie is admitted to the Florida Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the Virginia Bar, as well as the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida and Northern District of Florida.
