Fowler White is pleased to announce that Stephen F. Coxhead has been elected a Managing Shareholder and immediately joins Managing Shareholders Christopher E. Knight and Richard A. Wood on the Firm’s Management Committee.
Currently celebrating its 80th anniversary, the Firm is governed by a Management Committee made up of three Managing Shareholders that are elected for staggered three-year terms. Coxhead succeeds Shareholder June G. Hoffman, who also chairs the Firm’s Appellate Practice. June, who just completed a three-year term on the Firm’s Management Committee, was instrumental in guiding the Firm through a myriad of COVID issues during an unprecedented time.
“Stephen is a superb lawyer and partner who I know will provide exceptional leadership to the Firm on some of our key strategic initiatives,” said Managing Shareholder Richard Wood. Fowler White’s Management Committee provides strategic oversight to the firm’s delivery of client and legal services, recruiting, management, and development.
Fellow Managing Shareholder, Christopher E. Knight said “Stephen’s leadership style is consistent with the core values of the Firm, and I know he will continue to pursue our Firm’s shared mission to assist clients with their most challenging legal issues and pave the way to our centennial.”
