Fowler White is pleased to announce that Tamara R. Pallas has been elected a Shareholder of the Firm. Tamara is a member of the Trusts & Estates Practice Group where she focuses her practice on all areas of probate including estate planning, estate and trust administration, and guardianship matters. She has extensive experience in fiduciary litigation which includes litigation related to estates, trusts, and guardianships. Tamara has successfully represented heirs, personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries in will and trusts contests, determination of heirs, partition of property, removal of fiduciaries and breaches of fiduciary obligations. She has also counseled fiduciaries in all aspects of trust and estate administration, including reforming or modifying trusts and wills, terminating trusts, distribution of estate or trust assets, settlement of creditor claims, and fiduciary accountings and disclosures.
Tamara obtained her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law where she also served as Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review and sat on the Moot Court Board Executive Board. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English, cum laude, from the University of Florida.
