Christine Walker's practice focuses on providing counsel to clients on all aspects of litigation. She is a member of Fowler White's Maritime, Catastrophic Events, Health Care, Commercial Litigation and Insurance Practice Groups. Christine represents her clients in trial, before arbitration panels and in courts of appeal at both the state and federal level.

Christine's Maritime practice includes a vast variety of matters such as: general liability; products liability; marina liability; construction; personal injury; wrongful deaths; groundings; collisions and allisions; vessel arrests; crew and employment; cargo damage; and pollution events.

Christine's Commercial Litigation and Insurance practices likewise include subspecialities of business litigation, commercial general liability, transportation accidents, premise liability and coverage disputes, marine or otherwise.

Christine has also defended doctors and nurses employed by major cruise lines as part her Health Care practice. Additionally, Christine has represented a major insurance company in disputes involving interpretation of  laws, regulations and policies surrounding Medicare.

As part of the Catastrophic Events Practice Group, Christine has defended Write-Your-Own Insurance Companies, who act as a fiduciary to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, in several different states across the country following major floods. 

Additionally, Christine provides advice to clients on Artificial Intelligence matters having been trained at MIT's Sloan School of Management in Implications for Business Strategy arising from Artificial Intelligence.
