Robert has a background in corporate, international, intellectual property, employment, anti-trust, and foreign laws. He has experience in economic substance reporting for foreign corporation, drafting employment agreements, asset purchase agreements, real estate purchase, sale & rental agreements, as well as memoranda and legal research in liquor law, trademark, and foreign laws.
