Luis S. Konski Achieves Board Certification By The Florida Bar

Fowler White Shareholder, Luis S. Konski, has achieved Board Certification by The Florida Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization and Education in the area of International Litigation and Arbitration. Board certification recognizes attorneys’ special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in practice.

Konski is a Shareholder in Fowler White’s Miami office where he focuses his practice on national and international construction law and commercial litigation. His practice includes the representation of general contractors, sub-contractors, developers, and owners in litigation arising from construction and design defects, insurance, surety bonds, and related matters and complex commercial litigation including federal and state statutory violations, unfair trade practices, civil theft and fraud in business relationships .
