Avery A. Dial, Shareholder in Fowler White Burnett's Fort Lauderdale office, recently presented at the 7th Annual Intellectual Property Law Symposium hosted by the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar.  Discussing Recent Intellectual Property Malpractice Trends, Avery specifically addressed the standard of care issues for lawyers surrounding data breaches.

The two-day Symposium was held April 7-8, 2016 in Orlando, Florida.
