A seasoned litigator with a decade of experience, O’Connor joins the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups, where she will continue to represent clients in high-stakes estate, trust, guardianship, and business disputes throughout Florida.
O’Connor focuses her practice on probate, trust, and guardianship litigation, representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries, creditors, healthcare institutions, and interested parties in both trial and appellate courts. Her work includes will and trust contests, incapacity proceedings, breach of fiduciary duty claims, elder exploitation cases, and probate-related appeals. In addition, she has broad experience handling commercial litigation and real estate disputes.
