Coxhead is a shareholder in the Aviation practice group at Fowler White Burnett. With a laser focus on issues important to the aviation industry, Coxhead has represented manufacturers of aircraft, airframes and component parts in cases arising from crashes throughout the world involving general aviation and commercial aircraft. He has achieved particular success in obtaining dismissals on forum non conveniens grounds and in winning summary judgment under the General Aviation Revitalization Act.
In addition to the firm’s Aviation practice group, Coxhead is also a member of Fowler White Burnett’s Commercial Litigation, Maritime, and Products Liability & Toxic Torts practice groups where he has broad experience as a litigator practicing in the defense of manufacturers in product liability and complex commercial matters. He has successfully handled numerous mass casualty, wrongful death, electrocution and amputation injury cases – receiving several industry awards recognizing the results he achieved for clients.
