Shareholder Joseph Englander will be moderating a panel on "Potential Health Risks & Regulatory Hurdles Associated with Cannabis & Its Concentrates" at the American Bar Association 2020 Environmental & Energy, Mass Torts, and Products Liability Litigation Committees' Joint Regional CLE Program. The panel will be discussing the findings and standing questions regarding the potential toxicological effects of cannabis extracts with a focus on increased potency, solvent and pesticide residues, terpenes, solvent impurities and flavorings/fragrances.

Walter Latimer and Bruno Renda will be spoke in a Strafford live webinar, "Motor Carrier Claims for Negligent Entrustment, Hiring and Retention," on Tuesday December 3^rd.
