FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA – Fowler White Burnett announces the addition of Jill B. Mendelsohn, Brett J. Roth and Stephanie M. Spritz as associates in the Insurance Group and will be located in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.
Mendelsohn, Roth and Spritz concentrate on insurance coverage disputes, construction defect claims, commercial general liability, and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Fowler White Burnett, Mendelsohn worked at a mid-sized insurance defense firm where she managed and executed all aspects of commercial litigation insurance defense cases. Mendelsohn received combined Bachelor of Science Degrees in Applied Economics & Management and Communications from Cornell University. Thereafter, she earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her Masters of Business Administration at the University of Florida Hough Graduate School of Business.
Roth previously worked at a mid-sized insurance defense firm where he managed and executed all aspects of pretrial litigation for personal injury protection and other first party insurance defense cases. Roth earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he graduated, cum laude, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Political Science from University of Florida, where he minored in Communication and Environmental Studies.
Prior to joining Fowler White Burnett, Spritz worked as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Delray Beach. Spritz earned her Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, cum laude, and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, summa cum laude.
