Fowler White Elects Three New Shareholders

Fowler White is pleased to announce that Guy K. NoaTamara R. Pallas, and Laura Ross have been elected Shareholders.

Guy K. Noa is a Shareholder in the firm's Insurance Practice Group where he focuses his practice in the areas of trucking accident defense and catastrophic and personal injury claims. He received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude and earned a certificate in Environmental Justice. Noa attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa where he graduated magna cum laude, earning his Bachelor's degree in Economics and minor degree in Spanish. He is Immediate Past-President of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of South Florida.

Tamara R. Pallas is a Shareholder in the Trusts & Estates Practice Group where she focuses her practice on all areas of probate including estate planning, estate and trust administration, and guardianship matters. She also has extensive experience in fiduciary litigation which includes litigation related to estates, trusts, and guardianships.  Pallas has successfully represented heirs, personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries in will and trusts contests, determination of heirs, partition of property, removal of fiduciaries and breaches of fiduciary obligations. She has also counseled fiduciaries in all aspects of trust and estate administration, including reforming or modifying trusts and wills, terminating trusts, distribution of estate or trust assets, settlement of creditor claims, and fiduciary accountings and disclosures. Pallas obtained her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law where she also served as Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English, cum laude, from the University of Florida.

Laura Ross is a Shareholder in the firm's Corporate Practice Group where her practice is focused in the areas of international law, corporate transactions and corporate law. She works with multinational corporations, foreign clients and entrepreneurs relocating, investing, and conducting business operations in the United States across a diverse array of industries, including the retail, manufacturing, distribution, FinTech, Health Tech, construction, financial, and technological industries. She has experience advising in corporate compliance and governance issues, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and restructuring of privately held companies. Ross received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she also served as Editor-in-Chief of the North Carolina Journal of International Law & Commercial Regulation and her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
