Fowler White is pleased to announce John R. Sheppard, Jr. has joined the firm as a Shareholder in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Sheppard, who is Florida Bar Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law, represents Community Associations, business owners, individual investors, and institutional clients in a variety of commercial transactions and disputes. He has extensive experience in all areas of Association representation, including collections, covenant and contract drafting and amending, covenant enforcement, vendor and construction contracting, coordinating and attending annual and board meetings, developer representation, loan representation, business disputes, real estate litigation, construction litigation, Federal and State Fair Housing Act disputes, hospitality law, landlord-tenant, and general civil litigation.
He earned his Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Florida College of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with High Honors from the University of Florida.
