In addition, he is a certified circuit court mediator. Bob is qualified lo conduct arbitrations pursuant to the various Florida arbitration statutes. His alternative dispute resolution practice encompasses most areas of civil litigation and benefits clients who are seeking less adversarial and more cost-effective methods for resolving disputes. Mr. Bouchard is a member of The Florida Bar, American and Broward County Bar Associations, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Counsel, Defense Research Institute, and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He earned his B.S. degree in foreiqn/service from Georgetown University and his J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
