Joining the firm as a Shareholder in the Maritime Practice Group, attorney Lindsey C. Brock III will lead the Jacksonville office. Brock is a highly respected figure in Maritime, and Transportation and Logistics Law, with extensive experience in Commercial Litigation, Insurance Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. His deep roots in Jacksonville and notable leadership in maritime law positions him as a valuable asset for Fowler White and the clients they serve.

An accomplished maritime attorney, Brock’s career includes two terms as the chair of the Admiralty Law Committee of the Florida Bar, along with authoring the Carriage of Goods section of the Florida Bar’s Florida Maritime Law and Practice Book. A proud alumnus of the University of Florida and Tulane University, where he earned his Master of Laws in Admiralty, Brock has served in numerous leadership roles, including appointments by Jacksonville city officials and Florida’s U.S. Congressional representatives. Notable positions include his role as chair of the Jacksonville Charter Revision Commission, as well as serving on the Jacksonville Waterways Commission, the Northeast Florida Regional Transportation Commission, and the Maritime Transportation System National Advisory Committee. His dedication to the Jacksonville community extends to past leadership roles with the Propeller Club of the United States – Port of Jacksonville and as the founding President of the JAX Chamber’s Transportation and Logistics Council.
