The Tax Group also helps clients structure real estate transactions. Our attorneys frequently represent major commercial lenders, owners and developers and investors. We provide advice regarding the structuring of ownership agreements, financing, foreclosure and workout transactions and matters related to property tax exemptions and recordation and transfer taxes. In addition, we understand the tax consequences faced by foreign investors and have specific experience with the structuring of real estate investments by foreign individuals and business entities.
